From May 8 to 10, 2025, the 25th CHINASHOP kicked off at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. As an important exhibition platform for China's retail industry, this year's CHINASHOP, with the theme of "Value Reshaping", showcased the cutting-edge technologies, innovative facilities and equipment, distinctive products, and supply chain solutions of the entire retail industry chain. It gathered over 900 leading industry enterprises and attracted more than 70,000 professional visitors from both domestic and international markets.
Following the 2024 CHINASHOP exhibition, the Sustainable Agricultural Product Distribution Project made another impressive appearance at this year's industry event, showcasing a series of phased progress and achievements made over the past three years since its implementation to the audience. The project focused on improving the quality and efficiency of fresh fruits and vegetables. Its initiatives include implementing nationwide public welfare empowerment training for small and medium-sized cooperatives and farmers, enhancing food safety and sustainable management capabilities at production bases, and promoting pilot applications of standardized produce returnable crates. These efforts further drive the green upgrading of the agricultural industry chain from the market end.
At this exhibition, the project team specially invited Shenzhen Three Zero Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd and Anhui Lingjing Trading Co., Ltd as project partners to participate together. These two enterprises have fully leveraged their respective strengths, actively integrated resources, and provided strong support for the project's advancement over a long period of time. During the same period, the two enterprises also participated in the export-quality products sourcing conference. Through this platform, they enabled their high-quality agricultural products to be precisely matched with the market and expand sales channels.
As one of the significant achievements of the project's promotion of the pilot application and research of standardized produce returnable crates, "The Green Journey of Tomato Baby" made its debut at CHINASHOP. By comparing disposable cardboard boxes with reusable crates, a green journey throughout the entire life cycle of a "tomato baby" was vividly recorded, allowing visitors to experience the carbon reduction advantages of green and eco-friendly vehicles.
Another important output of the project, the "Procurement Catalog of National High-Quality Agricultural Products (1st Edition 2025) under the Sustainable Agricultural Products Distribution Project", was also showcased at the venue once again and distributed to the participants. One year later, this new version of the "Catalog" has collected high-quality agricultural product information from more regions. The project team hopes to build an efficient production and sales connection platform for high-quality agricultural products with retailers, purchasers, etc., through the "Catalog", and expand sales channels for premium agricultural products.
The success of this exhibition has effectively enhanced the industry influence of the Sustainable Agricultural Product Distribution Project. Moving forward, the project will continue to focus on the field of agricultural product distribution and continuously improve sustainable cultivation quality and management standards.
